Capital Formation Intelligence is built for financial professionals, who hold their firms — and their clients — to a high standard of confidentiality. We take the same view of your data. This page describes the measures we use to protect the information you entrust to the platform.
Data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS, and stored encrypted at rest by our database and hosting providers.
Each account’s data is isolated. The platform enforces row-level security so that users can access only their own records — your workspace, interview, Voice Profile, and generated content are not visible to other users. Sensitive server credentials are used only server-side and are never exposed to the browser. Internal access is limited on a least-privilege basis.
Accounts are protected by authenticated email-and-password sign-in (via Supabase Auth) with email verification. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is not currently offered.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our systems; card data is handled by Stripe under its own security and compliance program.
The platform runs on established cloud infrastructure — application hosting on Vercel and database, authentication, and storage on Supabase — both of which maintain their own security and compliance programs.
Your inputs — interview answers, uploads, edits, and prompts — are processed by AI models solely to generate your content, and are stored in your private workspace. Your inputs are not sold and are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Only anonymized, aggregated patterns may be used to improve the platform; your firm’s name, specific strategy details, and numbers are never shared or made visible to other users. The platform’s interview logic and your Voice Profile are stored and served server-side only. The single master prompt file that drives the Founder Interview is held in a server-side store reachable only with service-role credentials and is never delivered to the browser. Raw Voice Profile source files are not downloadable or exportable. These controls protect both your confidential profile and the platform’s intellectual property.
We work to identify and address security issues promptly. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please contact us at team@capitalformation.ai so we can investigate.
We design the platform with data protection in mind and align our privacy practices with applicable laws (see our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our GDPR information). Capital Formation Intelligence is not SOC 2 certified, and no SOC 2 audit is currently planned. Our infrastructure providers — Supabase, Vercel, and Stripe — maintain their own security and compliance programs.
