Getting started

1. Set up your CRM

Before you create content, make sure you have a CRM in place to track your investor and client conversations. Your decks, fact sheets, and newsletters are tools for starting conversations — your CRM is where you manage them. We recommend EdgeFolio for fund managers and HubSpot, Freshworks, or Apollo.io for wealth advisors.

2. Build your brand identity

Add your logo, colors, fonts, and imagery. Every piece of content the platform generates is automatically branded from what you set here — you enter it once.

3. Complete your Founder Interview

This is the heart of the platform: a guided conversation, in three sessions, that captures your story, strategy, edge, and the way you actually talk about your firm. It takes about two hours total, and you can pause and resume anytime — your progress is saved.

4. Review your Voice Profile

When the interview is complete, the platform generates your Voice Profile — the source of truth every piece of content is built from. Read it, refine any section, and make sure it captures the real you.

5. Generate your content

Generate your pitch deck and, on the Professional plan, your fact sheets, newsletters, quarterly reports, one-pagers, landing page, charts, and video scripts — all in your voice.

6. Refine, review, and download

Edit any section, regenerate with AI guidance where you want it, and download your materials. Everything is a working draft — review it with your compliance team and legal counsel before you distribute it.
